Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 per order.

  • Free Shipping on orders of ₹500 and above.

  • Express Delivery: Available at an additional charge. Delivery timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for most serviceable locations.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

For You By Serelith is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Customer unavailability,

  • Refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and shipping label.

  • Continue recording without any cuts until the package is fully opened.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items will be considered only when supported by a complete unboxing video with visible date and time.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Delays Beyond Our Control

For You By Serelith shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters,

  • Extreme weather,

  • Transportation disruptions,

  • Government restrictions,

  • Courier service interruptions,

  • Other force majeure events.
