Exchange Requests

Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if they receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

  • A product substantially different from the item ordered

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video that:

  • Starts before opening the sealed package

  • Clearly shows the shipping label

  • Shows the complete opening process without any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions

  • Clearly displays the received product

  • Contains a visible date and time stamp

Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and accompanying materials must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through For You By Serelith are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Cash reimbursements

  • Credit card reversals

  • Order cancellations after dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

  • Products returned without a valid unboxing video

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  1. Our team will review the submitted evidence.

  2. Return instructions will be shared via email.

  3. The product must be returned as instructed.

  4. After inspection and approval, a replacement item of equal value will be shipped.

For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, exchange shipping charges may be borne by For You By Serelith.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video with visible date and time

  • Supporting photographs (if requested)

Our team will review the request and provide a resolution.
